A)  CO-MARKETING at CONGRESSES:   Exclusively for non competitive new products, launched recently.

GOAL:

Promotes new medical products and devices approved by Health Canada (HC) in congress's specialty, at lower cost.

OBJECTIVE:

To show to the participants (Healthcare Professionals) of Congresses, the best way to use the Canadian Medical B2B platform, in order to meet their needs; seeking information on products  without wasting time on Internet and therefore increase its use and generate traffic.

STRATEGY:

  • Only companies that have developed their product page on the platform (which is free of charge), will be entitled to participate in Co-Marketing at congresses, on a voluntary basis.
  • Only new and non competitive products will be shown on giant screen and be use for the portal's demonstration
  • On the giant screen:
    • Photo
    • Product Name
    • Company Logo
    • Other (on request)
  • Distribution of pamphlets on the  products presented
  • Only PharMed Marketing‘s representatives will be at the booth.  They don't talk about a specific product, but show how to use properly the platform.
  • The costs are divided by the number of products displayed at the kiosk, this means if there are 8 new products the cost will be =one / eighth of the total cost. Exp: 4,500$ total cost / 8 products = 562.50$ + tax / company.

 

B)  CO-MARKETING at MEDICAL EVENTSAll non competitive products.

  • Companies that have developed their product's page (not necessarily new product) are entitled to participate in Co-Marketing of various Medical Events: Lunch Presentations, Conferences, in Hospitals and in private clinics, etc.
  • PharMed Marketing (PMM) will notify  companies in advance, about the choice of events where they wish to participate.  Companies may also suggest some medical events  to PMM, where they would like that their product page would be used for the portal demonstration.
  • Costs are divided by the number of companies
    1. Exp: Lunch Presentation in a hospital with a total cost 500$,  there are four products involved = 125$ / company
    2. Exp: Company has booked a presentation at a medical event and would like PMM jointly presents on the best use of the portal.  The costs represent only the number of hours + transport + taxes.
